Corporate account manager

We are searching for an experienced Account Manager to join our customer service team. Manager will collaborate closely with our team to establish new customers and update existing customer files with the products and services they request. When clients have a question, the manager needs to respond quickly and do  best to answer their requests and resolve their concerns. Our primary mission is to provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer retention.

Corporate account manager  duties and responsibilities:

  • Create strong  relationships with new and existing clients

  • Negotiate  with clients; establish a timeline of performance

  • Work with sales and marketing team members dedicated to the same customer account to ensure open communication and that you are meeting client needs

  • Manage and present reports on business progress, goals, quarterly initiatives  and other KPIs to Chairman 

  • Meet all customer needs and requests according to offered timelines

  • Account Manager Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field

  • Experience in B2B sales in Forex industry 

  • Experience in management, account management, or similar role

  • Proficient with CRM  and the Google apps

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage more than one  corporate account or/and partnership
